Pick your device, then the option you were told to use. Everything connects through our own private server.
Installs RustDesk and sets it up so a helper can connect any time — no need for anyone to be sitting at this computer. Use this on a machine you want to be able to reach later (for example, a parent's PC).
Download installer (.bat) PowerShell script (.ps1).bat file.
The installer sets the server automatically. To confirm, check the bottom-left of the
RustDesk window shows Ready and relay.apps.61ut.com. If it doesn't, open the
⋮ menu → Network and set ID Server = relay.apps.61ut.com
and Key = RWkwPhQUFcKkn0CtdMWpTJH0oageh+XfZ4qbKaBHMD8= (leave Relay/API blank), then restart RustDesk.
For a quick one-off session. Nothing gets installed — just download, run it, read out your ID and code to the helper, and close it when you're done.
Download RustDesk (portable)Download the version that matches your Mac, install it, then point it at our server once (Mac can't be pre-configured automatically the way Windows is). After that it works the same: read the helper your ID and code for a session, or set an always-on password.

Getting "ID does not exist" when you connect? That means the two computers aren't on
the same server. On both machines, check the bottom-left of the RustDesk window — it must read
Ready (green) and show relay.apps.61ut.com. If the Mac still shows the default
server, the ID Server field above wasn't saved — re-enter it, click OK, and restart RustDesk.
Apple only allows iPhone/iPad apps from the App Store, so install RustDesk there, then enter our server once. Note: iPhones and iPads can connect out to help someone, but they can't be set up for always-on remote control (an Apple limitation).
